A working plant nursery in Corozal District, Belize.

Botanical Garden by Roselynn is a family-run nursery in San Roman Village, a short drive from Corozal Town. Everything we sell is propagated and grown on site, which means the fruit trees, flowering plants and ornamentals you take home are already used to Belizean soil, sun and rainfall instead of arriving stressed from somewhere with a different climate.

Gardeners come to us for grafted fruit trees that fruit sooner, for hedging and palms that hold up to coastal wind, and for the rare tropicals that are hard to track down anywhere else in the north. Alongside the nursery we design and plant gardens across Corozal and Orange Walk, so the same plants you see growing in our rows can be laid out and planted for you.

Serving Corozal and northern Belize.

Most of our customers are within an hour of the nursery: Corozal Town, San Roman, Ranchito, Consejo, Xaibe, Louisville and the villages along the Northern Highway, plus Orange Walk Town and its surrounding communities. Visitors travelling further, from Belize City or Cayo, are welcome too, and it is worth messaging first so we can have your plants pulled and ready when you arrive.

Because everything is grown here rather than imported, we can tell you exactly how a plant has been raised, what it needs through the dry months, and how long a young fruit tree usually takes before its first real harvest. If you are unsure what suits your soil or how much sun a spot really gets, describe it to us and we will point you at something that will thrive rather than merely survive.

Questions we get asked a lot

How do I order plants?

Browse the catalog, then send a message on WhatsApp with the varieties you want. We confirm what is ready now, what needs a little more growing time, and arrange a pickup day with you.

Where is Botanical Garden by Roselynn located?

The nursery is in San Roman Village, Corozal District, Belize. Visitors are welcome during opening hours, and it is an easy drive from Corozal Town, Orange Walk and the surrounding villages.

What kinds of plants do you grow?

More than 70 varieties: fruit trees such as citrus, avocado, mango and cherry, flowering plants and ornamentals for beds and borders, palms and hedging, plus rare tropicals that are hard to find elsewhere in Belize.

Do you deliver, or do I collect?

Most orders are collected from the nursery in San Roman Village. For larger orders and landscaping jobs we can arrange transport, so ask when you message us and we will quote it with the plants.

Do you design and plant gardens as well as sell plants?

Yes. We take on garden design, full landscape makeovers and outdoor upgrades, from the first sketch through to the final planting, using plants grown on site at the nursery.

What is the best time of year to plant fruit trees in Belize?

The start of the rainy season, roughly June through August, gives young trees the steadiest water while their roots establish. Trees planted in the dry season do well too, they simply need consistent watering for the first few months.
